2013 Party Planning, Spanko Style


Fellow spankos,

I am planning to attend a few of the spanko community gatherings in the upcoming year. While I stand in awe of those hearty few who are able to attend multiple functions, I won’t have the luxury of being at all of them.

Boardwalk Badness is definitely on my calendar for 2013. I’m wondering whether the recovery effort from Sandy will still be ongoing by the time the party is held? The people and businesses there took a real beating, so I’m hopeful that this event will be held as planned.

I made a short stop in at last summer’s Chicago Crimson Moon party, and am hoping to attend this summer, as well. Yoni and the rest of the group were so friendly, and welcomed me (slightly nervous and ever-so-overwhelmed at my first spanko gathering) warmly. I’m also hoping to make it to their annual Halloween party one year.

It sounds like last year’s TASSP party was quite a hit, and I’m wondering whether to add that one to my plans, too..lots of great fun to be had in Texas!

I know that the Delco Spankos and Florida Moonshine group also hold excellent parties, as well as Shadow Lane here in Las Vegas and a few others.

I’m wondering: 

Do you attend any of the parties? 

If so, tell me about your favorites. 
If not, why?

(It should go without saying, but I’ll say it anyway: I’m interested in your experiences, opinions, and recommendations – but I’m not interested in any bashing of any kind. If you’re a fan of a particular group, please do tout their accolades! But if you’ve nothing nice to say – say nothing.)

  1. Oh, please please please come to BBW! They sent us email; the casino where we stay, and that portion of the boardwalk, were not adversely affected, and all will continue as planned. John and I went to our first one last year and plan to go again. Wonderful party, great crowd!

  3. I have not attended a spanking party and probably will not. While I do have an active spanking life, spanking to me is too personal of an issue. I love being soundly spanked, however I am not ready to open up in a group setting.

  4. I started going to spanking parties back in 97 with shadowlane and got hooked ,overall ive been to 10 with shadowlane . Texas is great ,being a longtime memebr of fla moonshine their beach party in the summer is one of the best .Ive never been to boardwalk yet . The only regional type of party is FMS that i go to often 4-6 a year . If i could i would attend those that i haven’t had the chance to visit .Shadowlane is the granddaddy of them all .

  5. From the looks of things last year’s BBW party was my first AND last party.Due to my seemingly never ending temporary part time employment status I can’t afford to attend anynore parties.

    The other major issue is coming up with reasons of where I’m going for 2/3 days. My best non spanking friends and I are together nearly every weekend and I lied about attending BBW. I never admitted to participating in two spanking shoots so to suddenly spring this ‘newfound” activity of mine on them would be an awkward conversation for me. They’re spank friendly but NOT to the level I like to receive.

  7. I attended the Cabin 7425 Spanking party a few months ago and it was the best spanking party I ever attended. I’m certaintly planning on attending another cabin party in the future.

  8. I go to the Delco parties and just love Mr.Rob and Miss Lisa :)They are so much fun and the parties have a great atmosphere. Would love to see you there.

  9. I have never attended a spanking party, but would love to. I have fond memories of being spanked by women and would attend just to meet the larger community.

    Are they discreet? Is there one in Canada?

  11. I have attended Slayers Femdom in London and several of Miss Stricktland’s parties in Yorkshire. All great fun and a chance to chat with several like minded people. Oh, and get a few delightful thrashings too. Am seriously considering Boardwalk Badness as well.

  12. Ahh, busy spankos!
    For those of you who are reluctant to attend the parties, I understand your need for privacy and discretion…I, too, get a little uncomfortable thinking about giving a spanking with lots of folks standing around, but there’s also something just very cool about being surrounded by a bunch of other people who ‘get it’.
    I’ll hope to see many of you at this upcoming year’s soirees!
